According to articles 9, of 9-1 Law of Ukraine "About medicines", to the Law of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 531-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine, the medicines allocated for increase in availability, medical products and supportive applications to them which are bought by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care" to the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376, for the purpose of reduction of acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and for creation of proper conditions for functioning of national purchasing system in the field of health care for means of the government budget and increase in level of providing the population with medicines and medical products I ORDER:

Approve the Procedure for conducting check of registration materials on their authenticity on medicine which moves on state registration for the purpose of its purchase by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care or the specialized organization which is applied.

2. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which are attached.
