Article 1

In part one of article 22 of the Federal Law of July 19, 1997 No. 109-FZ "About safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 29, Art. 3510; 2009, No. 1, of the Art. 17) of the word of "condition of fertility of lands (soils)" shall be replaced with words "results of quality evaluation of lands, conditions of fertility of lands of the agricultural purpose determined based on the conducted soil, geobotanical and other examinations of lands of agricultural purpose".

Article 2

1) preamble to recognize invalid;

2) in Article 1:

a) in paragraph four "systematic" to exclude the word, words "agrotechnical, agrochemical, meliorative, phytosanitary, antierosion" to replace with the word of "meliorative";

b) paragraphs of the sixth - the eleventh to recognize invalid;
