Recognize invalid the acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing the state control (supervision) in spheres of heat supply, ensuring energy efficiency, construction and housing and communal services, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing the state control (supervision) in spheres of heat supply, ensuring energy efficiency, construction and housing and communal services, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for Items 12 and 18 of appendix No. 1 to this resolution which become effective since June 1, 2021.
