ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, about cancellation of some regulatory legal acts of the federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid the acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
