About modification of the Regulations on Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 2015 No. 537 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 62, the Art. 2028), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 4 of the word "bodies, authorized to make the decision according to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, and also prospecting bodies for carrying out operational search activities" shall be replaced with words "and prospecting bodies";

Subitem 10 to state 2) in the following edition:

"10) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by capture on accounting and removal about accounting/renewal of accounting of subjects of primary financial monitoring;";

3) in the subitem of the 16th figure and the word "6, 10, 12 and 17" to replace with figures "8, 14, 15, 16, 23";

Subitems 18 and 19 to state 4) in the following edition:

"18) is provided by bringing to data of subjects of primary financial monitoring of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or to which the international sanctions are applied, and will promulgate on the official website of Gosfinmonitoring the list of the states (jurisdictions) which do not implement or implement in an inadequate way recommendations of the international, intergovernmental organizations involved in the field of fight against legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, either financing of terrorism or financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction;
