About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 900, No. 78, the Art. 2696), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 1, of subitems 3, of the 4 and 6 Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

1. In Item 3:

Subitem 1 after words of "tobacco products" to add 1) with words ", the liquids used in electronic cigarettes";

2) the paragraph the fourth the subitem 2 after words of "tobacco products" to add with words "the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and".

2. In item 4:

The subitem 7 after the words "taxpayer registration" to add 1) with words ", payers of single fee";

2) in subitem 8 of the word "subjects of foreign economic activity," to exclude;
