About modification of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on the leaving approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2012, No. 23, Art. 877; 2017, No. 69, Art. 2075; 2018, No. 16, the Art. 545), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving

1. In Item 10:

The second the words "approved by the order" to replace 1) in the paragraph with the word "established";
