About modification of the Regulations on the State agency of reserve of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State agency of reserve of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2014 No. 517 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 82, Art. 2329; 2019, No. 74, the Art. 2588), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State agency of reserve of Ukraine

1. State Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The state reserve is headed by the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.".

2. In Item 10:

Subitem 9 to exclude 1);

Subitem 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"13) appoints to position and dismisses according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about public service, government employees of the device of the State reserve (if other is not provided by the law), signs and terminates with them contracts on the passing of public service according to the procedure provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;".

3. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The chairman Gosrezerva has deputies who are appointed to position and are exempted from position by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.".
