About modification of the Order of the Government No. 909/2014 about approval of legalized units of sizes

Based on article 7 of the Law No. 19/2016 on metrology (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 100-105, 190), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts the Directive (EU) 2019/1258 Commissions of July 23, 2019 about modification for adaptation to technical progress of appendix to the Directive 80/181/SEE of Council concerning determination of the main units in SI (the document extends to the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 196 of July 24, 2019.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 909/2014 about approval of legalized units of sizes (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 333-338, 977) to make the following changes and additions:

Formula of acceptance to state 1) in the following edition:

"Based on article 7 of the Law No. 19/2016 on metrology (2016, Art. No. 100-105, 190), with subsequent changes, the Government DECIDES the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova";

The text of "The law No. 647-XIII from on November 17, 1995 about metrology" to replace 2) in Item 2 with the text of "The law No. 19/2016 on metrology";

3) in appendix:

a) in all text to replace abbreviation of "(SI)" with abbreviation of "(SI)", and in paragraph one "and the Directive 2009/3/SE" to replace the text with the text", the Directive 2009/3/CE and the Directive (EU) 2019/1258";

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The main units of the International System of Units (SI) as legalized units of sizes are given in table 1.
