About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1042/2016 about approval of the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control

Based on the Law on metrology No. 19/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 100-105, 190), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1042/2016 about approval of the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 1130), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) Items 3 and 4 to recognize invalid;

2) in the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control:

a) declare Item 6 invalid;

b) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Measuring instruments at which there is marking of compliance of SE and additional metrological marking provided by the technical regulations specified in Item 5, shall be placed in the market or are enacted without primary metrological checkings.

According to the decision of the importer or authorized representative of the producer, the appropriate means of measurement having the valid certificate of approval of type can be subject to primary checking.";

c) in Item 11:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"The following categories of measurements which are carried out in areas of public interest are subject to legislative metrological control:";

changes are made in the text in state language;

d) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The measurements specified in Item 11, are performed according to legislative techniques of accomplishment of measurements, by means of adequate attorneys or etalonirovanny gages.";

e) in Item 13:
