About modification and amendments in the Official list of the measuring instruments and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on metrology No. 19 of March 4, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 100-105, 190), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Official list of the measuring instruments and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1042 of September 13, 2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 1130), to make the following changes and additions:

Item 2 to add 1) with new concepts of the following content:

"the certificate on approval of type - the document issued by National institute of metrology, certifying that approval of type was provided;

the description of type - appendix to the certificate on approval of type which contains necessary descriptions for identification of type, explanation of its work, submission of technical and metrological characteristics, drawing metrological marking and compliance to the applied regulating documents in the field of legislative metrology;

metrological testing for the purpose of approval of type - set of transactions which are carried out on certain number of copies of one type of measuring instruments for the purpose of confirmation of conformity to requirements of the regulating documents applied in the field of legislative metrology, concerning this measuring instrument;

metrological brand - appliance for drawing metrological marking;

the approved type - final type or family of the measuring instruments allowed to application in areas of public interest, the decision on which approval is confirmed with issue of the certificate on approval of type";
