About licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities.

2. To Federal Registration Service in 4-month time from the date of official publication of this resolution to approve form of checking leaf (the list of control questions) applied when implementing of licensed control of geodetic and cartographic activities by Service.

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Registration Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for Item 2 of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

5. This resolution is effective till March 1, 2026.
