1. Approve the Technical concept of the Automated information system "The Register of the Chemical Goods Placed in the Market of the Republic of Moldova" it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of environmental protection:

1) to provide implementation, functioning and development of the Automated information system "The Register of the Chemical Goods Placed in the Market of the Republic of Moldova" through National agency on regulation of nuclear, radiological and chemical activities;

2) in 6-month time to develop and submit for approval to the Government Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Register of the chemical goods placed in the market of the Republic of Moldova, created by the Automated information system "The Register of the Chemical Goods Placed in the Market of the Republic of Moldova";

3) to provide creation and monitoring of the Automated information system "The Register of the Chemical Goods Placed in the Market of the Republic of Moldova" due to the annual assignments approved for the Ministry of the environment in the law on the government budget and also from other sources which are not prohibited by the law.
