Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2012 No. 1459 "About procedure for transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 1, the Art. 55).
