1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of resident as the issuer of fuel cards in the territory of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022
3. Determine that the residents issuing on the date of entry into force of this Item in the address in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the fuel cards having the right to submit till August 9, 2020 to Belneftekhim concern or the Ministry of Transport and Communications the statement for registration as the issuer of fuel cards in the territory of the Republic of Belarus with issue of the notice on registration.
4. This resolution becomes effective since August 9, 2020, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective after official publication of this resolution.
