About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 77, Art. 2196, No. 82, Art. 2323; 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1290), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Add §110 with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3. Heads of the central executive bodies provide introduction of information on interaction with the Verkhovna Rada in the interaction module.

Ensuring introduction by heads of the central executive bodies whose activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the corresponding ministers specified to information can be performed by them according to the address of the corresponding ministers.

4. The secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers provides access to the interaction module for introduction of information on interaction with the Verkhovna Rada and placements it on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers.".

Item 5 to add 2) with paragraphs of the following content:

"Information on the planned participation in committee meetings and plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada is introduced by the central executive bodies in the interaction module no later than 18 o'clock in the afternoon preceding the corresponding meeting and posted on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
