About modification of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 215 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, Art. 964; 2016, No. 98, Art. 3190; 2018, No. 84, the Art. 2766), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the sixth and seventh subitem 2 Items of 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the Law of Ukraine of October 4, 2019 No. 190-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning implementation of the single account for tax payment and charges, single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and paragraphs of third and fourth subitem 1 and the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the specified changes which are becoming effective after decision making of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about the beginning of activities of the Agency on national debt management.
