Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2018 No. ZRU-501 "About private employment agencies" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 10, Art. 677; 2019, No. 12, Art. 880) following changes and amendments:

"The notification in writing in which data on inadmissibility of collection of payment from citizens for the rendered services in employment, and also postal addresses and numbers of contact telephone numbers of private employment agency and Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the address in case of non-execution or improper execution of contractual commitments by private employment agency are specified is provided to persons who are looking for work outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Services in employment of persons who are looking for work outside the Republic of Uzbekistan appear based on the service provision agreement signed between the private employment agency and person who is looking for work and include:
carrying out, within the competence, negotiations (interviews), preparation of draft agreements, agreements and protocols with foreign partners concerning employment of persons who are looking for work outside the Republic of Uzbekistan;
search of potential employers, provision on the basis of market research of work of foreign countries of information on availability of vacant workplaces to persons who are looking for work outside the Republic of Uzbekistan;
distribution among foreign employers of information on persons wishing to perform labor activity outside the Republic of Uzbekistan only in case of their consent;
rendering assistance to persons who are looking for work by holding preliminary preparatory activities for implementation of labor activity outside the Republic of Uzbekistan;
