About additional measures for ensuring openness and transparency of activities of law-enforcement bodies in the field of execution of the punishments connected with imprisonment
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About openness of activities of state governing bodies", and also increases in openness and transparency of activities of law-enforcement bodies in the field of execution of the punishments connected with imprisonment, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the List of data in the field of execution of the punishments connected with imprisonment, which are subject to declassification according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
