About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on information science No. 1069/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 73-74, 547), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 5 in the following edition:

"Art. 5. - (1) the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure is the central industry body developing program documents and regulations in the field of information science and information technologies.

(2) Functions and powers of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure in the field of information science and information technologies are established by the Government.

(3) the National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications and information technologies is the central administrative authority regulating according to the legislation activities in the field of information science and information technologies.

(4) the Main functions and powers of the National agency on regulation in the field of electronic communications and information technologies concerning regulation of activities in the field of information science and information technologies are established by the Law on electronic communications No. 241/2007.".

2. Recognize Chapters II and VI invalid.

Art. II. - In the Law on informatization and the state information resources No. 467/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

after the concept "personal data" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the document - the carrier on which information is fixed and which has the details allowing to identify it;";

state the concept "electronic document" of the following edition:

"the electronic document - the electronic document as it is determined in article 2 of the Law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91/2014;";
