According to subitem 19-1.1.22 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1 of the Section I, Items 95. 3, 95.5 Article 95 of Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of transfer of collection orders (orders) in payer bank:

1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange of bodies of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and banks in the course of transfer of collection orders (orders) electronically which is applied.

2. To provide to department of monitoring of databases and verification of payments:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order.

3. To provide to the State Tax Service of Ukraine:

placement of this order on the official web portal of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine;
