About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970 "About approval of Rules of motor transportations of loads":
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 278-Z";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(are applied)";
in Rules of motor transportations of the loads approved by this resolution:
from Item 1 of the word "of August 14, 2007" and "(, 2007, No. 199, 2/1375)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
in paragraph four of part one of Item 21 of the word "on November 26, 2010 No. 613 " about driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public of the Republic of Belarus " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 288, 1/12130)" shall be replaced with words "on June 19, 2019 No. 239 "About journey of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles";

in Item 379:
