About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About Registration Plate of Public Services"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 16, 2020
Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of November 30, 2011 No. ZR-288 "About registration plate of public services" (further - the Law) to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The registration plate of public services is enshrined also in the certificate of birth granted in the Republic of Armenia based on state registration of the birth of the child born at person identified by part 1 of article 2 of this Law and in the certificate of state registration of the birth.".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 5 of the Law of the word of "the local register of the residence of the child" shall be replaced with words "the authorized body keeping the state register of the population".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
