1. 2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration and to enact after its state registration and official publication.

3. Authorize Management of statistics and paying balance in case of state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan if necessary to bring in the text of its appendix of change and amendment of editorial nature, the contents which are not changing it.

4. To provide to department of information technologies together with Management of statistics and paying balance provision of data by credit institutions in form of the statistical reporting No. 1-N "The report on taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget".

5. To assign execution of Item 2 of this resolution to the secretary of Board, Management of statistics and paying balance, legal department and department of the press.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan Salimova Л.Дж.

The instruction No. 229 about procedure for provision of statistical form of the reporting No. 1-N "The report on taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (further - the Instruction) is developed according to articles 42 and 86 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan" and determines procedure for submission by credit institutions of the reporting under the accrued and paid taxes, and other obligatory payments in the budget.

Chapter 1. Forms and terms of provision of the reporting

1. The statistical form of the reporting No. 1-N "The report on taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (further - the statistical reporting No. 1-N) is represented in National Bank of Tajikistan (further - NBT) by means of information portal "Single window" in real time of "on-line" using the electronic and digital signature (EDS) which is put down by the head of credit institution or the authorized person, monthly, no later than the 15th after the accounting period.

2. In statistical form of the reporting No. 1-N join this about the remaining balance of the amount of taxes on the beginning of the accounting period (shortage - overpayment +) accrued and the paid taxes, and also remaining balance of the amount of 204 taxes by the end of the reporting period (shortage - overpayment +) and other obligatory payments in the budget. In the statistical reporting No. 1-N all data are specified in national currency.

3. The statistical reporting No. 1-N contains information on tax code according to the coding described in Appendix No. 1 and the Code of type of tax according to the coding given in Appendix No. 2 to this Instruction.

Chapter 2. Procedure for provision of the reporting

4. The statistical reporting No. 1-N is created in information portal "Single window" in real time of "on-line" in case of consecutive input of reporting data by means of the corresponding interface windows of the portal, and also by means of function of one-time import of array of reporting data.

5. Aggregated data to the statistical reporting No. 1-N shall be previously created in the electronic file of the Excel format taking into account requirements of this Instruction.

6. The provided reporting data through information portal "Single window" shall be signed by the electronic and digital signature (EDS) the head of credit institution or person, it the representative. The procedure for application of the electronic and digital signature is described in Appendix No. 4 of this Instruction.

7. In information portal "The single window", in the Help submenu, is electronic documentation "User's guide" with the disaggregated description and graphical representations of functional Sections (the interface windows) of the statistic report No. 1-N for implementation of work in the on-line mode.

8. The structure of the file of the Excel format is specified in statistical form of the reporting No. 1-H. The file is filled in with auxiliary software or "manually" the operator - the contractor of statistical form of the reporting No. 1-H.

9. Import of data is performed with observance of requirements of this Instruction in the electronic file of the Excel format. Correct filling of the report in the specified format will allow to perform provision of data in NBT through information portal "Single window".

10. The Edinoye Okno portal gives opportunity to perform auxiliary control verifications of the entered reporting data for the accounting period. Also control checking tables on transactions of servicing allow to analyze the provided information, to reveal mistakes at the time of input of the relevant data. The system checks correctness of the entered data, issues information on mistakes, gives editing opportunity. It is possible to edit information any number of times, until implementation of the electronic and digital signature (EDS). After implementation of the EDS, editing reporting data is possible only with the permission of authorized persons of National Bank of Tajikistan.

11. In case of modification of methods of creation of the statistic report No. 1-N, the additional information and documentation with explanations from ranking officers of structural division of NBT will be provided to the contractor of the report.

12. If provisions of data in statistical form of the reporting No. 1-N of the Excel format it is performed by e-mail or in case of the mode of technical delay the off-line mode, that availability of the made changes in structure of the file (change of arrangement of Sections, fields, concealment of columns, etc.) is regulated as incorrect provision of reporting data and the provided report is fixed in NBT as not provision of the report in required terms.

Chapter 3. Procedure for filling of the reporting

13. In the statistical reporting No. of the 1-N electronic Excel format data are filled in in the form given in Appendices No. 1, of 2, of 3, 4 to this Instruction.
