Determine that this order becomes effective after ten days after day of official publication, except for provisions of subitems "b" and "v" of Item 1, of paragraph two of the subitem "a", paragraph two of the subitem "b", subitems "v" and "g" of Item 3 of the enclosed changes which become effective since January 1, 2021.
