About approval of the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About verification and monitoring of the state payments", I ORDER to Article 70 of Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information on the income of physical persons:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxes about the income of physical persons on requests of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 29, 2016 No. 794 "About approval of the Procedure for receipt of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers of information necessary for implementation of verification and monitoring of the state payments", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2016 for No. 1262/29392.

3. To provide to department of monitoring of databases and verification of payments:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
