The rules of long-term subsidizing of the expenses of carrier connected with implementation of transportations of passengers according to socially important messages, approved by the specified order:

add with Item 13-2 in the following edition:

"13-2. During action of emergency rule in case of forced suspension of passenger and local trains according to interregional messages the actual expenditure items, the these rules specified in Item 13, and also payroll costs and to social assignments are subject to subsidizing.".

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
