1 For the purposes of application of rates of export customs duties goods are determined only by codes of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union. Names of goods are provided for convenience of use.
2 Except for the countries entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and the countries with which at the Republic of Kazakhstan the bilateral and multilateral agreements about the free trade area providing exemption of export customs duties are signed.
3 The countries for which the Agreement on the free trade area made in the city of St. Petersburg on October 18, 2011 and the Protocol on application of the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011 between its Parties and the Republic of Uzbekistan became effective.".
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2020 No. 65-HK "About suspension of some regulations of the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2016 No. 81 "About approval of the Inventory to which export customs duties are applied of the size of rates and term of their action and Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and the goods developed from oil" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20300, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on April 9, 2020).
3. To provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till December 31, 2020.
