1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting on observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on counteraction of the legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to financing of terrorism represented by the legal entity performing activities only through exchange point based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about refusals of carrying out transactions with money and (or) other property of the physical persons included in the list of faces tied with financing of terrorism and extremism according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about making of transactions with money and (or) other property of physical persons according to appendix 3 to this resolution;
