Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 207 "About approval of Rules of registration of the residence and the Procedure for transfer of information by bodies in the Unified state demographic register" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 28, Art. 1108; 2020, No., the Art. 384) and of July 10, 2019 No. 691 "About implementation of the pilot project on creating favorable conditions for realization of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2257) changes which are applied.

1. In the Rules of registration of the residence approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 207:
Item 8 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The statements for registration/removal from registration represented electronically are created by means of software of the Single state web portal of electronic services in any form suitable for perception of their content, according to the data provided for each type of statements in the forms approved by these rules.
The data containing in the application for registration/removal from registration of the place of residence submitted electronically are transferred by means of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to information and telecommunication system of body of registration which provides functioning of the register of territorial community.";
