About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

According to part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, No. 1126/29256, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 the following changes:

The subitem 1 of Item 8 of the Section I after the paragraph of the twenty first to add 1) with new paragraphs twenty second, twenty third the following content:

"special confiscation;

collection of assets in the income of the state in criminal proceedings;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the twenty second - to consider the thirtieth respectively paragraphs the twenty fourth - the thirty second;

Item 3 of the Section IX to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The head of body of the public executive service, the private contractor by means of System exercises control for:

adherence to deadlines of introduction of executive documents by the responsible person of body of the public executive service (the private contractor, the assistant or the responsible person of the private contractor) in System;

money transfer adherence to deadlines from accounts of bodies of the public executive service (the private contractor);

legality, timeliness and completeness of the executive actions and the passed proceeding decisions made by contractors;

timeliness and completeness of entering into System of data on committed executive actions.

The system creates control data which reflect violations of terms of making of executive actions and pronouncement of proceeding decisions.".

2. To be reworded as follows appendix to the Provision which is applied.
