About modification of the Procedure of the state control on road transport

Bring in the Procedure of the state control on road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2006 No. 1567 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 45, Art. 3011; 2013, No. 48, Art. 1711; 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1304), changes which are applied.

1. To state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 16 in the following edition:
"Raid inspection can be carried out by one official of Ukrtransbezopasnosti.
Dimensional and weight control is made by two officials of Ukrtransbezopasnosti or one official of Ukrtransbezopasnosti with involvement of officials of the relevant division of National police, Ukravtodor, the owner (asset holder) of Item of dimensional and weight control.".
2. In paragraph one of Item 21 of the word "officials who performed" shall be replaced with words "the official (persons) who performed".
3. In Item 22 of the word "officials who performed do" shall be replaced with words "the official (persons) performing brings".
4. To state appendix 3 to the Procedure in the following edition:
"Appendix 3
to the Procedure
(in edition of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2020 No. 727)
