According to Item 2 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for conducting examination of registration materials on medicines which move on state registration (re-registration) and also examinations of materials about modification of registration materials during action of the registration certificate, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 26, 2005 426, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2005 for No. 1069/11349 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 23, 2015 No. 460) which are applied.

2. To pharmaceutical management (Komarida A.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mikichak I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
