The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2012 No. 349 "About licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 2018; 2014, No. 34, Art. 4664; 2017, No. 43, Art. 6340).

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation

1. State Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. In case of intention of the licensee to perform the new works constituting the licensed type of activity data on works which the licensee intends to carry out, and also the data confirming compliance of the licensee to the licensed requirements specified in item 4 of this provision are specified in the statement for renewal of the license.".

2. Add with Item 8 (1) the following content:
