1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation.
2. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2011 No. 590 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 31, the Art. 4758), the following changes:
a) state subitem 5.4.4 in the following edition:
"5.4.4. licensing of activities for preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation;";

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
4. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and also within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
