About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of Turkmenistan "About veterinary case"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About veterinary case", adopted on November 8, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 4, Art. 144; 2016, No. 2, Art. 103; 2018, No. 1, Art. 3; 2019, No. 2, Art. 41; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 23), the following amendments and changes:

2. For implementation of actions for the prevention of drift on the territory of Turkmenistan of infectious diseases of animals from foreign states veterinary control posts at check points of Frontier of Turkmenistan are created. Cargo importation, subject to veterinary supervision, on the territory of Turkmenistan is allowed only through veterinary control posts.

3. Are obligatory check of hand luggage of people who pass through check points of Frontier of Turkmenistan, clinical trials of the transported animals.

4. Motor transportation, the motor-vehicles and driverless vehicles (tractors, farm vehicles and other corresponding vehicles) driving on the territory of Turkmenistan and passing en route through its territory shall pass through disinfection barrier of vehicles surely.
