About approval of Changes in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy
According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1467 (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on production of electrical energy, within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit to NKREKP information according to appendix 3 to Licensed conditions.
3. This resolution becomes effective in sixty calendar days from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
