RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of August 19, 2020 No. 723

About modification of the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine, imported on customs area of Ukraine from the general fund of budgets of local self-government in 2020

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine, imported on customs area of Ukraine from the general fund of budgets of local self-government in 2020, No. 73 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 12, 2020 "Some questions of transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine, imported on customs area of Ukraine from the general fund of budgets of local self-government in 2020" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 17, the Art. 659), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for transfer of part of the excise tax from the fuel made in Ukraine, imported on customs area of Ukraine from the general fund of budgets of local self-government in 2020

1. In Item 5 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word also in figures "appendices 1 and 2".

2. In appendix to the Procedure to replace the word "Appendix" with the word and figure "Appendix 1".

3. Add the Procedure with appendix 2 following of content:
