According to the paragraph the second Item 2 of article 7 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and article 11 of the Agreement on exchange of information about the goods and vehicles of international delivery moved through customs borders of the Eurasian Economic Union and People's Republic of China of June 6, 2019 (further - the Agreement) and having taken into consideration information of the Chairman of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on accomplishment of interstate procedures all state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, necessary for the introduction of the Agreement in force, the Supreme Eurasian economic council Solved:

1. Recognize the Agreement obligatory for the Eurasian Economic Union from the date of its entry into force.

2. Eurasian economic commission:

no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the last written notice of completion by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of the Agreement in force to send the notification, stipulated in Article 11 Agreements to the address of People's Republic of China;

inform the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on date of the introduction of the Agreement in force.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
