About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570

For the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted production process of subsurface use, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of conducting transactions with the primary goods containing precious metals" of September 14, 2017 No. 570 the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1-1 of the word "September 1, 2020" "on April 1, 2021";

2) according to the procedure of export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the ores, concentrates and waste containing precious metals and the accompanying extracted metals, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in paragraph four of item 4 of the word "branch or representation" to exclude;

- the paragraph one of Item 13 after words "own laboratory," to add with the words "being in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication, except for the subitem 2 of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
