About approval of Changes in some orders concerning breeding case in livestock production
According to Articles 11, 13 and 16 Laws of Ukraine "About breeding case in livestock production", to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2019 to No. 838), I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some orders concerning breeding case in livestock production which are attached.
2. The forms of certificates of breeding (genetic) resources made before entry into force of this order are applied before their complete use.
3. To provide to department of agrarian policy in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
