About modification of the Procedure for exchange of electronic documents with monitoring bodies

According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of simplification of exchange of electronic documents with monitoring bodies I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for exchange of electronic documents with monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 06, 2017 No. 557, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2017 for No. 959/30827 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To provide to department of monitoring of databases and verification of payments in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. Determine that agreements on recognition of electronic documents which on the date of entry into force of this order, are effective continue to be effective before emergence of the bases determined by Item 5 of the Section III of the Procedure for the exchange of electronic documents with monitoring bodies approved by this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the first following after month of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lyubchenko A. N.
