Based on part three of Item 5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2020 No. 3 "About foreign free aid", subitem 11.4 of Item 11 of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2010 No. 620, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

the act of unfitness of foreign free aid according to appendix 1;

the acceptance act of foreign free aid according to appendix 2;

the conclusions of competent authority about feasibility of release of foreign free aid from taxes, charges (duties) according to appendix 3;

statements for registration of foreign free aid according to appendix 4;

the report on use of foreign free aid in the form of money according to appendix 5;

the report on use of foreign free aid in the form of goods (property) according to appendix 6;

the plan of target use of foreign free aid according to appendix 7;

certificates of registration of foreign free aid according to appendix 8.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2016 No. 2 "About establishment of document forms".

3. This resolution becomes effective since August 27, 2020.
