1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 1994 No. 419:
"The orders equated" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the resolution of the word "powers of attorney which are equated";
"The orders equated" shall be replaced with words 2) in Items 1 and 2 of the word "powers of attorney which are equated".
2. The paragraph the tenth Item 1 of the Procedure for the certificate of wills and powers of attorney which are equated to notarially certified, approved by the specified resolution to exclude.
