About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the social sphere

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic", improvements of social support of receivers of public welfare payments, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about payment procedure of public welfare payments, monetary compensations, maternity allowances, on burial and other social payments of communication of the State company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" by branches and territorial subdivisions of authorized state body in the field of social development" of May 27, 2010 No. 59 the following changes:

in the Instruction about payment procedure of public welfare payments, monetary compensations, maternity allowances, on burial and other social payments of the communication of the State company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" by branches and territorial subdivisions of authorized state body in the field of social development approved by the above-stated resolution:
