About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 30, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure for making of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes) which are applied.

2. The subitem 2 of Item 9 of the Section III of the Instruction on procedure for currency supervision of banks of observance by residents of deadlines of calculations for transactions of export and commodity import approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 7 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
