According to paragraph one of Item 5 of the Procedure for accounting of citizens of Ukraine who live outside Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 29, 2020 85, I ORDER to No.:
1. Approve Requirements to the organization of conducting consular accounting electronically which are attached.
2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
