1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of consent to use in the trademark, service mark of separate designations it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since August 29, 2020.

1. Are established by this Provision:
requirements to the statement for provision of consent to use in the trademark, service mark (further - the trademark) the separate designations representing the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus (The State Emblem or National flag of the Republic of Belarus), the official reduced or complete name of the Republic of Belarus, the state awards of the Republic of Belarus, or the designations similar to them to extent of mixing (further, unless otherwise specified, - separate designations);
procedure for consideration and decision making according to the statement for provision of consent to use in the trademark of separate designations (further - the statement);
the bases for refusal in provision of consent to use in the trademark of separate designations.
Consent to use in the trademark of separate designations is asked for the purpose of receipt in accordance with the established procedure of legal protection of the corresponding trademark.
