1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works.

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision within the number of the workers and budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

3. Provide to Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision till August 1, 2021 to the Government of the Russian Federation the report on law-enforcement practice of implementation of this resolution in the first half of the year 2021.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for the subitem "an" of item 4 and the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the Regulations on licensing of the production of surveying works approved by this resolution in the part concerning additional professional education in the field of industrial safety.

5. The subitem "an" of item 4 and the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the Regulations on licensing of the production of surveying works approved by this resolution in the part concerning additional professional education in the field of industrial safety become effective since July 1, 2021.

6. This resolution is effective 6 years from the date of its entry into force.
