About beekeeping
This Law governs the relations in the field of production of products of beekeeping, protection, use and reproduction of bees, their effective application for pollination of crops and all pollinated flora, creation of conditions for increase in productivity of beekeeping, and also crop production, providing guarantees of observance of the rights and interests of the physical persons and legal entities which are going in for beekeeping.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) queen bee - the female providing reproduction of bee family;
2) No. 424-V ZRK is excluded according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 27.11.2015;
3) breeding bee family - the highly productive family of thoroughbred, high quality bees with firmness transferring to posterity the pedigree signs;
4) beehive - construction for content of bee family;
5) remedies of bees - the immunobiological, biological, vegetable, chemical, chemical and pharmaceutical and other veterinary medicines used in beekeeping;
6) foundation - artificially made thin wax sheets of the corresponding size with bases of cells, ottisnuty on them;
7) breed of bees - the complete group of bee families of general origin which developed under the influence of creative activities of the person in certain economic and environment quantitatively sufficient for cultivation "in" and having economic and breeding value;
8) wreckers of bee families - separate animal species, the birds and insects killing bees for the fodder purposes or doing harm to bee family by plunder and (or) spoil of honey;
9) transportation (migration) of bee families - export of bee families on honey harvest and pollination of entomophillous plants;
10) bee family - the complete biological unit consisting of the working bees, drones and queen bee living in beehive or in nest;
